10 curvy women who took the catwalk!

For many, the perfect body of a woman has the body of Barbie: thin legs, truncated thighs, firm backside, flat belly and naturally rich bust!

But ten women decided to break the excess beauty rules and make a modelling career with their curvy silhouettes. Besides, even science … agrees with them, because after measurements, experts have concluded that a woman’s ideal body has curves!

We welcome them because they accept themselves just as they are, admire them for their femininity and charm and hope to make the beginning to represent the real women who are among us most feminine. Marquita Pring starting modeling at the age of fifteen and has since made many important appearances in both the catwalks as well as in big brands commercial ad campaigns.

3. Katya Zharkova

Katya Zharkova started modeling when she was 14 years old and is considered the first plus-size model of Belarus.[5]

Katya is known for her bare-skinned photo shoot by Plus Size Magazine with another skinny model to raise awareness for the young girls who lose confidence because of over sized body figures.

On top of all of this, Felicity is also working as the first ever Curve Ambassador & Stylist for ASOS, inspiring woman of all shapes and sizes to embrace their silhouettes.

Stefania Ferrario is an Australian model.

She is currently the face of a lingerie line by Dita Von Teese for Australian department store Myer. In 2012 Ferrario shaved her hair off to raise money and awareness for cancer, alopecia and trichotillomania.

In February 2015, Ferrario started a campaign with television presenter Ajay Rochester to end the use of the term “plus size” to describe models who are above a US dress size 4 by the modelling industry.
