If this is an odd number, add five inches to this number to get your band size. If the number is an even number, add four inches to it to get your band size. Then, you need to measure your cup size. Take the tape measure, and place it around you, measuring yourself at the fullest part of your bust. Don’t hold the tape measure too tightly around you, though, or you won’t get an accurate measurement. Again, round up or down to the closest inch. Finally, take your band size measurement and subtract it from your cup size measurement. Based on that number, here is your cup size.

– If there is a 2” difference, you are a standard B Cup
– If there is a 3” difference, you are a standard C Cup
– If there is a 4” difference, you are a standard D Cup
– If there is a 5” difference, you are a DD or E Cup
– If there is a 6” difference, you are a DDD or F Cup
– If there is a 7” difference, you are a G Cup
– If there is an 8” difference, you are an H Cup
